Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or an incorrect item, Morgan’s Trade will be happy to provide a full, partial refund or replace the item. Proof of damaged or incorrect items must be provided within 30 days of receiving the item before any action can be taken. Incorrect items must be returned, unused in their original packaging before a refund can be issued.

 

Unwanted Items

If you receive an item that you no longer want, then the item (including all accessories) must be returned within 30 for a full inspection before a refund can be issued. Please note, that in the instance of an unwanted item, we will not cover the cost of returning the item. Damaged items not fit for resale will not receive a refund. If the order is refused at the time of attempted delivery, the delivery charge will not be returned.

 

Electrical Faults

It is up to the customer to test the product upon receipt and notify Morgan’s Trade of any electrical faults within 30 days. The product will need to be returned in its original packaging for testing before a refund or a replacement can be provided. All items and accessories must be returned so they may be sent to the manufacturer within the manufacturer guarantee time.
